This localized resource allocation is strictly reserved for medium to large genomes (ranging from 400 Mb up to a maximum threshold of 3.3 Gb), including large metagenomic pools and host target sequencing. Small genomes such as viruses and bacteria are explicitly ineligible for this specific pool run, as those targets must be processed on benchtop platform installations. Genomes exceeding 3.3 Gb require separate enterprise lane isolation parameters.

Standardized Bioinformatics Pipeline

All samples processed through the Genomix Hive pipeline include core consensus sequence assembly and variant calling. Primary investigators will be provided with the complete reference-aligned dataset alongside the standard production-grade Variant Call Format (.vcf) file.

I confirm that these sample parameters align completely with the 400 Mb to 3.3 Gb sovereign pooling boundaries. I explicitly acknowledge that final 25B Flow Cell lane allocation is strictly dependent on confirmed payment following the issuance of an official pro-forma invoice calculated at the rate of USD 1,000 per sample all-inclusive (sequencing and bioinformatics), where complete payment options will be provided. I grant Genomix Hive and TAGCC explicit permission to securely store this project metadata and communicate future sequencing pool opportunities and regional operational offers.
